Summerhill Fees & Caravans For Sale

Summerhill Caravan Park has just 40 pitches for privately owned Static Caravan and Lodge Holiday Homes. We offer an extended season to our Static Caravan and Lodge owners which is open from the 1st March to the 10th January annually.

2026 Season Annual Site Rent Fees

Rent, Rates & VAT Total = £4,735.00

(1st March 2026 – 10th January 2027)

Water and Electric are individually metered on each pitch, and are paid for at the end of the season. Gas is supplied via 47kg Calor Gas Bottles and can be ordered through the park office at Hill Park Caravans.

Prices for the following season will be released towards the end of the year.
